Yes. For the safety and privacy of our guests we want to ensure that only paying guests of our resort are using our resort amenities. Visitors are welcome on property and can purchase a one day resort wristband.

As part of our green initiatives, we do not provide daily housekeeping service. We do provide you with a fresh clean room at check-in, and offer a Housekeeping Service Menu based on your needs. These housekeeping practices have already saved hundreds of thousands of gallons of water from being contaminated with laundry detergents. Together we are all making a huge impact for tomorrow's future.

Yes! We encourage everyone to utilize the unique amenities at all three properties. The Plaza Beach Resort offers direct beachfront access with a large heated pool, shuffleboard, mini-golf, foosball table, human-size chess field, and Internet cafe. The Bayview Waterfront Plaza offers a beautiful large fishing pier overlooking Boca Ciega Bay with vessel docking capabilities and a fitness center. The Bay Palms Waterfront Resort offers a huge 1,500 sq ft fishing pier as well as vessel docking facilities.

Yes. The pools on the bay side and the beach side are both at a warm 85 degrees all year round.

The Bayview and the Bay Palms both have certain rooms that are designated "pet friendly." Up to two pets can be in each room. The pet fee is $45.00 per pet per night, maximum of two pets with a weight limit of 50 lbs. For guest staying more than two weeks the max fee is $650.00 per pet. There is also a refundable $50.00 cash deposit per pet due at check-in which will be refunded at check-out once the room has been inspected.

The Bayview and the Bay Palms both have docking facilities. You dock your vessel or personal watercraft at our vessel slips for $45.00 per day plus tax. If you choose to bring a trailer, there is an additional charge of $25.00 per day plus tax to park your trailer at the Plaza Beach Hotel-Beachfront Resort.

Yes. The Bay Palms Waterfront Resort - Hotel and Marina does allow you to spend the night at the Marina. The cost is $89.00 per night plus tax, which includes: water, cable, and electricity hookups.

No, a car is not necessary. Everything is in walking distance, we are next to the Dolphin Village Shopping Center where you will find: Publix grocery store, Walgreens, CVS, Dollar Tree, Banks, many restaurants and beach stores. There is also a Beach Trolley that stops in front of our resort which will take take you anywhere throughout St Petersburg and Clearwater for a daily pass of $4.50 dollars per person.

All rooms receive ONLY one complimentary parking space per room. Additional parking spaces (if available) are $45 per space per day. If you plan to have visitors - visitor daily fee is $10 per person and $45 per car (if available).

Yes! During the baseball season we offer free tickets to our guests on a first-come first-served basis to watch their favorite baseball team at Tropicana Field.

Yes, our resorts are near Fort De Soto State Park. We are approximately 10-15 minutes away. St Pete Beach is the closest beach with hotels, resorts, and motels to Fort De Soto.
